If your referral becomes a client, we’ll reward you with something meaningful — from leadership tools to training access, or, in select cases, tailored incentives.

Who can refer?

This campaign is open to current Compana clients with an active service relationship.

Who can I refer?

Any company that hasn’t previously engaged with Compana — no prior conversations, proposals, or quotations. You can refer a client, peer, partner, or anyone you believe could benefit from better people insight.

How do I refer someone?

Just fill out the referral form on our campaign page. You’ll need to provide both your details and the contact information of the company you’re referring.

What happens after I submit the form?

We’ll take it from there. If your referral becomes a Compana client and completes payment, you’ll be eligible for a reward.

What kind of reward will I get?

We’ll match your reward to the value of the referral. This could include:

  • A seat in one of our workshops

  • A private session for your team

  • Access to our insight toolkits

  • In high-volume cases (e.g. 100+ assessments), a discount or bonus credit allocation may be considered

All rewards are service-based, with discretionary flexibility for higher-tier outcomes.

Can I refer more than one company?

Yes! Each successful referral qualifies for a reward. We may consolidate multiple referrals into a larger reward experience if appropriate.

Do I need the referral’s consent?

Yes. Please confirm you have permission before sharing their contact information.
